My online experience was smooth and easy however, I called late that day asking them if they could change my name on the card. They said yes, so I gave them the spelling of the name but it didn't appear on the card. Just a minor detail but it was important enough to me to bring it up. I was trying to be somewhat anonymous but give the recipient a clue to see if she could figure out I sent them. Just a little game I was playing.

I had a truly wonderful experience with Westlake Village Garden Florist . I ordered a very large cascading stand up arrangement . From the moment I placed my order, the process was seamless, I was ordering from a different state from where the flowers were to be delivered.
The customer service was exceptional. Chantal the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable.I received a text photo of the arrangement when it was complete with details on delivery time and was also a text of the arrangement at deliver site . The flowers were absolutely stunning, looking exactly like what I had hoped for, The attention to detail was incredible, and the quality of the flowers was top-notch.

Ordered this for a co-worker's birthday and it was even more beautiful than this picture! Everyone who came into the office and saw it, commented that it was gorgeous! I am never disappointed when I order from WV Garden Florist!!!
