My online experience was smooth and easy however, I called late that day asking them if they could change my name on the card. They said yes, so I gave them the spelling of the name but it didn't appear on the card. Just a minor detail but it was important enough to me to bring it up. I was trying to be somewhat anonymous but give the recipient a clue to see if she could figure out I sent them. Just a little game I was playing.

My wife and I never hesitate or have second thoughts going to Westlake Village Garden Florist. Every time we go their flowers are extremely fresh and they do such a fantastic job creating the arrangement. The staff is always polite and pleasant. Such a relief knowing that they will never disappoint !
