Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Very impressive service - I chose a bouquet online and after I placed the order I immediately received a phone call requesting to use substitute flowers as the key flowers in the bouquet I had chosen were not available. The bouquet was delivered to the recipient in record time and was very beautiful and the recipient was very happy! so all in all a very positive and professional experience!
